Team Coaching Template

I created this Mural.co template to work online with a team in a coaching session. I love to work visually with teams, and can see how much teams appreciate it when I make the space that I’m sharing with them to work in visually appealing and interesting.

Having a template creates a great structure for a conversation, and helps orient a team’s focus and improve energy levels and concentration through workshops. This is particularly important now teams are 100% remote, and suffering from zoom fatigue from video calls.
